My Ideal Partner

STEP ONE:
– Download the worksheet below and fill out your answers to define your Ideal Match. Page 1 lists how you might THINK or FEEL when you’re attracted to someone. Which of these thoughts or feelings rings true for you? Sometimes we can be very surprised by what we feel attracted to.

STEP TWO:
– On page two, list physical attributes , character traits and interpersonal strengths that you have found attractive in the past.

STEP THREE:
– Reflect on past relationships / partners. On page 3 there is space for you to list what you found most attractive.

STEP FOUR:
– Summarise your ideal partner, including traits and characteristics that you find attractive / desirable.
